BIO

Alexis Francisco is a temporary staff member, and formerly a research professional at ACEP. 

As a research professional, her work on modeling power systems primarily focused on steady state and dynamic studies of electric grids and exploring the challenges and opportunities with integrating renewable energy to grids at the distribution and transmission levels.

A former ACEP summer intern, she graduated magna cum laude in 2023 with a B.S. in electrical engineering with a concentration in power and control from University of Alaska Fairbanks.
