    Open applications: Introducing graduate student fellowships

    November 20, 2023

    For graduate students interested in innovation, Center ICE provides a fellowship for ten hours a week and partners with academic departments to pair the fellowship with a 10-hour TA-ship through the interested students' department. The fellowship will also pay half of university tuition and fees while students explore the world of innovation and gain hands-on experience working on innovative projects. Students also explore the potential impact of their research and their own career interests.

    Advisors travel from rural campuses for training summit

    An advising and student services training summit brought together advisors from all of UAF's five rural campuses in September with support from the College of Rural and Community Development and the Vice Chancellor's Office of Rural, Community and Native Education. The three-and-a-half-day training experience at the Troth Yeddha' Campus gathered approximately thirty College of Rural and Community Development student support staff and advisors to learn, network, and grow together.
